Cancellations
Note: Artists receive 100% of the booking amount. Platform fees apply to clients only.
1. Client Cancellations
Before Confirmation:
- > 7 days: 100% refund (including platform fee)
- 3–7 days: 50% refund (platform fee refunded)
- < 3 days: No refund
After Confirmation:
- > 72 hours: 75% refund (platform fee non-refundable)
- < 72 hours: No refund
2. Artist Cancellations
If an artist cancels after accepting, the client receives a full refund (including platform fee). Artists are penalized via our Red Flags system to ensure marketplace reliability.
3. Disputes & Timelines
- Raising Disputes: Within 12 hours of event completion via the dashboard.
- Review Process: Kalaqaar team mediates; admin decision is final.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
