• Personal Data: Information you provide to us directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and profile picture.
• Payment & Transaction Data: Card processing and payout execution are handled by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We do not store your full credit card or bank account numbers.
• Usage & Security Data: IP addresses, device types, and browser information used for analytics and to prevent suspicious activity through our "Red Flags System".

2. How We Use & Share Your Data

Your information is used to operate the service, process transactions via Cashfree, and facilitate communication between Users. We do not sell your personal data.

• With Other Users: Necessary profile information shared between Artist and Client to facilitate a booking.
• With Service Providers: Shared with partners like Cashfree for payments and identity verification.

3. Secure KYC & Payments

We partner with Cashfree Payments for identity verification (KYC). Sensitive information like PAN or Aadhaar is collected directly by Cashfree on their secure servers. Kalaqaar does not store your raw KYC documents.
